President and CEO
Beatriz is a professional Spanish translator and interpreter who has owned and managed Syntes and its predecessor company for the past 19 years. Beatriz makes a personal commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction for all Syntes clients. Beatriz has served as a Director of the American Translator Association, she is actively involved in developing industry standards for translation quality, and she is a frequent contributor to industry publications such as MultiLingual and The ATA Chronicle. |

Director of Operations
Steve’s localization industry career spans 20 years, during which time he has held senior management positions in the US, Ireland and Spain. He is responsible for day-to-day operations at Syntes, with a focus on ensuring the successful delivery of our services to our clients. Steve holds an MA in Spanish T & I from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and is the chair of the subcommittee responsible for developing ASTM F2575, Standard Guide for Quality Assurance in Translation. |

Mike has 30 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, including 15 years at Syntes. He is responsible for the Syntes IT strategy, including infrastructure, tools acquisition and integration, and proprietary and custom tools development. |
