How is interpreting different from translation?

Translation involves the conveyance of written communication from one language to another, whereas interpreting involves the facilitation of oral communication. Interpreting is most often one of two different types. Interpreting is generally classified as one of two types, consecutive interpreting, and conference (or simultaneous) interpreting. Throughout its history, Syntes Language Group has been an expert provider of both Consecutive and Conference interpreting services. We provide high quality and responsive services across the full range of interpreting needs, from consecutive interpreting for heath care clients in a hospital or physician’s office, to conference interpreting in large corporate meetings.

Whether you require an interpreter on site tomorrow for a client deposition, or you need interpreting services and equipment for your next corporate conference, we can meet your interpreting needs.
